WRITTEN, TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTIES – NO FINE PRINT
Our warranties are written in language you’ll understand and are always provided in writing. No sleezy sales gimmicks here. Any air conditioner, furnace, or heat pump you purchase from us is guaranteed to be free from defects due to mechanical malfunctions or shoddy workmanship under normal use for the period selected in the warranty agreement.
Should a part be defective, it will be replaced with a new part at no additional charge. Just leave the diagnosis, repair, removal, shipping, handling, and installation up to us! On top of that, every warranty may be transferred to a new homeowner with no additional charge.
OVERNIGHT STAY PROTECTION
We treat others as we want to be treated, and we always want a call back! When you call Greenway, we don’t want you to wonder about whether your call will be returned. There are no excuses for not responding to your phone call. If we haven’t reached back to you within 48 hours of your call about your heating or cooling system, we’ll foot the bill for a local hotel/motel until your equipment has been fully repaired or replaced and is operating at full speed.
